Gary Hartman is a Social Circle, Georgia-based painter whose creative journey spans decades. A fine arts graduate with a background in sculpture, Gary spent years in the corporate world before returning to art full-time — first honing his eye and technique through digital painting, then carrying that discipline to the physical canvas.

Today, Gary works primarily in acrylics and oil pastels, creating original paintings that capture the serene beauty of landscapes and coastal scenes. His work is guided by a singular pursuit: translating the three-dimensional weight of his sculptural roots into two-dimensional windows of peace and calm.
